About me
I am a Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery Practitioner, and have completed a 2 year long training, in person, with Eleanor Mann, the founder of The School of Breathwork and the only lineage holder of this style of Breathwork. I’m a professional member of the Australian Breathwork Association the peak association in Australia, that upholds professional standards of training, codes of ethics and practice, continuing professional education and professional supervision.
My professional background blends a rich mix of people focused roles, including HR, Social Work and Counselling. I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher, and a Wild Woman’s Circle™ Facilitator.
In addition to my Breathwork practice, I am supporting the global parenting movement that is The Reconnected. We are changing the paradigm of parenting. My role as a Community Coach supports members of our global community of over 100,000 people, in creating the changes they want to see for themselves and their family ✨
I am a mother to a 6 year old boy, who has inspired me to live life with more alignment, presence and playfulness. After the birth of my son, I landed in postpartum depression, stress and complete overwhelm, which meant that I was stuck in survival mode for more than 3 years. I struggled to show up for my son the way I wanted to. And then I found Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery.
In my first Breathwork session, even only after having a subtle experience, I knew that my life had changed and all my previous experience, knowledge, and lived experience were coming together to form all the pieces of my “life puzzle”.
Since then, I’ve overcome my biggest fears and challenges, moved through so much stuck-ness (goodbye freeze stress response) and am now creating the life of my dreams, all thanks to my body and breath.
My passions include surfing (I’m a longboarder), growing a fruit and veggie garden, and I have recently started learning 2 instruments (the Saxophone and the Handpan), which is keeping me busy! I LOVE food, and can order my favourites in 7 languages!

Rebirthing Breathwork Mastery (RBM) is a gentle, parasympathetic style of Breathwork, founded by Alakh Analda.
When combined with meaningful intentions, can create positive, embodied change to the areas in life you most want to make a difference to.
It is a self generated process, meaning that the participant’s experience is guided by their own unique psyche and nervous system, unlike other styles of Breathwork, where the facilitator “guides” the session and experience of the breather.
In RBM, we honour ALL experiences, whether subtle, or more dynamic. RBM practitioners trust the inherent wisdom of the body, and that each participant can draw their own insight, awareness and meaning from their authentic experience.
-
In RBM, we use a conscious and connected breath, through the nose. Breathing is slow, gentle and relaxed, without any force of pressure.
This way of breathing allows each individual to access their parasympathetic nervous system, the “rest and digest” mode.
It is completely normal to experience variations in your breath during a session, and these variations are honoured.
-
Many other styles of Breathwork access the sympathetic (fight of flight) branch of the nervous system. RBM accesses the parasympathetic (rest and digest) branch of the nervous system, which creates internal safety for a person to journey with their breath.
There is no emphasis on cathartic or emotional release, and RBM honour all types of experiences, which can range from relaxation and restoration, to the transformation of limiting beliefs on the cellular level of the body.
The facilitator acts as a professional support person, rather than a guide, and allows the process for each individual to be self generated, meaning that each session is guided by a person’s body and psyche, and change is integrated at the pace that is unique to individual.
-
Breathwork sessions can be done online or in person, and in a 1:1 or group setting. Online sessions are conducted via Zoom. In person sessions are available in Brisbane and the Northern Rivers currently.
When practised in small groups, the collective experience of sharing and acknowledging others’ processes creates resonance, and can therefore enriches one’s own journey.
However, 1:1 sessions can be a convenient and powerful way to support an individual’s personal intentions and process in a private setting.
Either way, the power of RBM will be experienced.
-
What arises in each session will be related to each person’s intention, and the experience may be subtle and feel relaxing or restorative, while others may be inspiring, expansive or strengthening, to transformational.
1:1 sessions are scheduled for 2.5 hours, and includes support to set a meaningful intention, a 90 minute breathwork session, followed by an opportunity to debrief your session to support your integration.
Group sessions usually last for 3-3.5 hours and follow the same format.

NO! This is the amazing thing about this style of Breathwork. RBM can be done by ANYONE, regardless of age, mental or physical health conditions. It is also safe to do in ALL stages of pregnancy and postpartum.
